The “Temporary to Permanent” Option
All our Clients enjoy an option whereby after 12 weeks service by a Temporary Worker supplied by Jigsaw Staff Recruitment, should they then wish to transfer the Temporary Worker on to their payroll as a permanent member of their staff, this can be arranged free of any transfer fee.*
This option is proving to be increasingly popular with our Clients as a successful, prudent and cost-effective method to attract and retain new permanent members of staff.

The Introduction of Permanent Staff
Before you contact the newspaper to book and pay for a recruitment advertisement, consider that we may have your ideal candidate already interviewed, assessed, registered and ready to be introduced to you with no further delay. Importantly, no fee is incurred by our Clients for this service until we have introduced the successful candidate and they have commenced employment with them.
